Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date for items that arrive damaged, not functioning correctly, or showing manufacturing defects or quality issues. The watch must be returned with all original packaging, manuals, warranty card, and accessories intact, with no signs of wear beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

How to Start a Return

Email support@sterlingchronos.com with your order number and clear photos or video of the issue. Once approved, you'll receive detailed return instructions.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 15 business days after we receive the returned item and are issued to the original payment method.

Defective Items

For confirmed manufacturing defects, Sterling Chronos covers 100% of the return shipping cost. Resolution is provided within 72 hours after defect confirmation.
